Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the organizations collectively referred to by the tradename NMPP Energy, 8377 Glynoaks Dr., Lincoln, NE 68516, and includes the following companies:  Nebraska Municipal Power Pool (NMPP), Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska (MEAN), National Public Gas Agency (NPGA), and Public Alliance for Community Energy (ACE).

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
