ACE, the Public Alliance for Community Energy, in June made a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation on behalf of customers that chose the ACE Green price option in the 2026 Nebraska Choice Gas program.
ACE introduced its ACE Green price option in 2025 as a fixed rate per therm option for customers that want to prioritize environmental stewardship.
The ACE Green price option includes an environmental benefit with a carbon offset. The price option offsets 10 percent of a customer’s annual natural gas commodity usage through carbon offset projects and includes a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation for tree planting.
