The Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska (MEAN) provides standard terms and conditions, available here, applicable to MEAN’s purchase of output from PURPA Qualifying Facilities with a design capacity of 100 kW or less.

MEAN also provides standard terms and conditions, available here, applicable to MEAN's purchase of output from PURPA Qualifying Facilities with a design capacity of greater than 100 kW.
