NMPP Energy COVID-19 Response
We will get through this together
As we all continue to navigate our way through the unprecedented situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, NMPP Energy wants to assure our members we are here to continue serving you.
We continue to monitor guidance provided by public health agencies as well as state and local authorities. The safety and well-being of our employees and their families, our members, and our communities is top of mind. We are committed to living up to our social responsibility to reduce the spread of this virus, while also ensuring the continuity of business that our member communities expect and deserve.
Many of our staff have begun working remotely, with seamless connectivity to our office and to you, while a few essential on-site personnel are keeping our office open at the present time. We have, however, ceased all business travel (air or car), including visits to our member communities until further notice. In addition, we are closing our office to outside personnel, and all in-person meetings, on or offsite, with outside vendors, advisors, etc., have been canceled or postponed until further notice. Our staff can conduct remote meetings with members. Please contact our employees as you normally would via phone and email, and they are prepared to respond.
Please be reassured that we are doing everything we can to minimize the disruption to the way we work and serve our member communities and we appreciate everyone’s support as we come together to adjust to this dynamic situation. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns and be well during this challenging time.
