The City of Cambridge, Neb., is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a full-time utility supervisor. This long-term position will supervise and perform duties in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the generation plant; substations; multi community water agency; sewer and water systems; streets; storm drainage; parks; swimming pool; city equipment; public buildings; heavy equipment operations; and other tasks as assigned for the City of Cambridge, as well as oversee utility employees and seasonal employees. Candidate must be in good physical condition and possess a valid Nebraska driver’s license and a clean driving record. State Certification as a Grade 4 Water Operator, a Grade 2 Wastewater Operator license are required (or the ability to obtain proper licensure within 1 year of employment) and willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicators License.
