SPP's WEIS goes live Feb. 1

The Southwest Power Pool’s (SPP) Western Energy Imbalance Service market went live at midnight on Feb. 1. The Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska (MEAN), along with several other regional utilities, are participants in the new regional market.
