ACE, the Public Alliance for Community Energy, the community-owned, not-for-profit natural gas supplier, will again be a supplier in the Nebraska Choice Gas selection period, which will start April 16 and run through April 29. The program allows customers on the SourceGas distribution system to choose their natural gas supplier for the year.
Natural gas residential customers who choose ACE as their supplier will be eligible for a drawing to select 10 residential customers to receive free natural gas for the 2010-11 gas year. Full details on the drawing are on the ACE web site at ACEenergy.org.
Customers can choose ACE online at ACEenergy.org or by calling (800) 454-4759. Answers to common questions and explanations of pricing options are also on the Web site. Residents are encouraged to sign up to follow ACE on Facebook and Twitter to receive the latest information regarding natural gas prices and information.
As a not-for-profit, community-owned supplier, ACE competes in the Choice Gas program to help lower natural gas prices for all residents. Since ACE’s formation in the late 1990s, it has returned more than $845,000 to its 71 member communities for the betterment of each community.
